Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Vogue to Vintage Boutique, LLC.  We're thrilled to have you as a customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. That's why we offer the following return and exchange policy:

In-Store Returns:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items within 10 days of purchase, as long as they have their tags attached and are accompanied by a receipt. If you choose to return your item, we will issue a store credit or exchange for the full amount of your purchase.

Online Returns:

For online purchases, you may return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 10 days of shipment. You must include the original invoice with your return. We will issue a store credit or exchange for the amount of the item purchased.

Please be aware that Vogue to Vintage Boutique, LLC. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned, such as appearance or smell.

To initiate a return, please mail your package back on your own to the address on the invoice. Online orders can't be returned in store without prior approval.

Please keep in mind that all discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
